Committee Nominations
All positions on the Pickleball Victoria Committee will be declared vacant at the AGM. We invite passionate members to consider stepping forward to help shape the growth of pickleball across Victoria. Information about being on the Committee is contained in the document:
Roles Open for Election
- Executive Positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer
- General Committee Members including Membership Secretary
Nomination Process Candidates must be current voting members aged 18 or over.
Use the Official Nomination Form to submit a nomination.
Nominations close 21 days prior to the AGM ie by 3pm Sunday 18th October 2026.
Voting Eligibility & Governance
Who Can Vote Voting rights are held by registered Individual Members with fully paid memberships at the time of the AGM. To vote, you must have been an approved member for at least 10 business days prior to the AGM. As per Pickleball Victoria's Constitution a quorum of at least 10% of members attending or via proxy is required which will be around 550. Note members 14 years or age or below are ineligible to vote.
Appointing a Proxy Members unable to attend will be eligible to assign a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. Official Proxy Forms will be released alongside the formal Notice of Meeting and must be lodged no later than 24 hours before the AGM begins.

Proposed Constitutional Changes
In response to increasing demands on the committee of Pickleball Victoria, driven in part by the significant growth in membership, the committee is proposing amendments to the constitution to ensure the organisation remains well positioned for the future. These proposed changes will be detailed in the AGM Agenda for members or their proxy to review, consider and ultimately vote on.
