Pickleball Victoria is pickleball's state governing body for Victoria and is recognised by the Pickleball Australia Association. We were established in 2020 and are run by a passionate group of volunteers, with many affiliated clubs and venues throughout the state. Our mission is "to facilitate and grow community connection and passion for pickleball throughout Victoria".
Our activities include the advancement, conduct, promotion, and administration of pickleball within Victoria. This includes organising competitions and other activities. We also foster the development of players and coaches according to international standards.
Our strategic plan
Our priorities align with Pickleball Australia Association's strategy, focusing on:
- Clubs, Venues & Contributors: Supporting the people and places that make participation possible.
- Facilities & Access: Creating more opportunities and places to play.
- Pathways & Participation: Supporting multiple participation journeys and opportunities for progression.
- Systems, Communication & Sustainability: Strengthening the system that supports long-term growth.
