Good morning to each and everyone of our Pickleball Victoria members,
Such an exciting time for us with so much happening in our own state as well as some pickleball tournaments scheduled for interstate as well.
Congratulations to Rosemarie from Warnrnambool City Pickleball who became our 500th member. To acknowledge this great membership milestone she has won a Pickleball Victoria visor, signed by the world #2 male pb player Riley Newman. With over 100 members signing up inthe last month we are now working towards the 1,000 !!
No doubt the opportunity to play in our very own state championship tournament, The Physio Co Victorian Open 2023 at Somerville Recreation Centre has helped drive those numbers. 259 entries have been registered so far.
