Common Questions from PV Members

Do I lose out if I renew earlier than my renewal date?

No. Upon renewal prior to expiry, your new expiry date is always based on your most recent expiry date plus 1 year. Example, you renew now in February 2026 although your expiry date is 30 April 2026 because you want to play in the HUSTL Warrnambool Pickleball Open 2026 which occurs in June 2026 and you need to be a current member when the tournament occurs. Your new expiry date upon renewal will be 30 April 2027.

Can I get a refund for my membership?

Yes, but only in specific circumstances - a genuine error in registration eg paid twice, relocation, medical reason or multiple club memberships across States. See the PA Membership Refund Policy if you think you may be eligible for a refund. To apply for a refund, click on the Refund Request Form link in the policy.

Can I change my Club on my Member Registration?

You can change your club upon renewal, which you can do at any time at Registration - Pickleball Victoria. However,  if you do so and still wish your membership to be recognised at your previously identified club up until your expiry date (prior to renewing), you will need to advise that Club directly so they are aware. Note that PV Clubs have differing member fee structures and processes for managing their members.

If you made a genuine errror in your Club selection on registering/renewing then Contact us within 7 days and advise of the error. Also, if you have relocated within Victoria, then Contact us with your request, advising the circumstances and the Club you wish to change to. If the 'new' Club you wish to transfer to agrees, then in most instances you will be charged the relevant pro-rata 'new' Club fees applicable so as to align with your renewal date.
