Refereeing is a great way to enjoy an additional challenge, give back to the sport and help it grow.  We have a dedicated group of referees who play an important part in your tournaments and enjoy giving their time and energy to this great sport!  We need more people from every club to step up and get involved. Currently, there are not enough referees in Victoria to cover the increasing interest and participation in tournaments.

Not sure it's for you? At the very least you will learn something about the sport you love, meet some new people, improve your understanding of Pickleball rules and gain a better appreciation of what referees do. 

A Level 1 Officiating Course will be held on Tuesday 13th December at the YMCA in Newtown, 25-33 Riversdale Road, Newtown, VIC, 3220.

Following the course, trainees will be invited to officiate some of the games during the Round Robin Rumble session from 2-4 pm. Those officiating will be shadowed by the trainer.
Total time investment will be from 10.00am through to 4.00pm
