To improve functionality for families and consistent with our commitment to Child Safety, PV has activated the option to link family members together. 

Family linking in revolutioniseSPORT allows families to manage multiple member profiles through connected accounts. This is particularly useful for parents managing their children's sporting activities.

How family linking works

When family linking is enabled, you can:

• Connect multiple family members to a primary family member (such as a parent)
• Access and manage family member profiles through a single login
• View and update information for all linked family members

What can primary family members do?

Primary family members can:

• View and update basic member details (name, DOB, address, email address)
• Manage outstanding invoices and view payment history
• Update member profiles including contact details and additional fields
• View teams, classes, events, and competitions for linked members (not applicable to PV currently)
• Remove linked members from the family.

Managing your family connections

All family members can access their family connections through the 'Family' button in their member account. On the Family page, you can:

• View your primary family members
• See family members linked to your profile
• Remove yourself from a family link if needed

How do I opt into linking family members together?

Going forward new questions will appear at registration to facilitate this.

For current members - login at https://www.pickleballvictoria.org/login and answer the Questions that now appear under your Member Profile:

• Do you wish to have your member profile linked with a Primary family member?  Yes/No
• If Yes, please specify the First & Last name, and National ID of the Primary Family member

If you have multiple family members, use the Enquiry Form to let us know so our admin can update memberships as appropriate.
Please advise the Name and ID of the primary family member and the name/s and ID/s of which other family members are to be linked.

All of the above options require manual intervention to update your membership profile and link memberships, which will be done by our State Administrative Officer. You will receive email advice when family members are linked.
