The Pickleball Victoria Committee would like to advise all current financial members that the Pickleball Victoria Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Date/Time:  2pm on Sunday, 12 October 2025 . 

Location: Dinx Pickleball, 190 Torquay Rd, Grovedale VIC 3216. 

Social play will be for one hour from 1pm and drinks and food will be provided post the close of the AGM.

Committee Nominations

Nominations are now open and being accepted via the 2025 Nomination Form

Nominee profiles will be posted under the AGM 2025 part of the PV website if completed no later than 2pm Sunday 5th October 2025.

It’s important that nominees:

• read the document What Does PV Committee Membership Involve? available here 

• read the Committee Charter, available here and,

• ideally contact & speak to a current Committee member/s.

All nominees will be invited to a gathering over dinner post the AGM.

Proxies

If you are not attending the AGM, we encourage you to submit a proxy form to authorise another member attending to vote on your behalf. 

This is due to PV's Constitution requiring a quorum of at least 10% of members attending in person or via proxy, which will be around 400 as there are nearly 4000 PV members.Unless we achieve this, the AGM cannot proceed on the day.

An online or printable hard copy version of the proxy form are available on the AGM website at https://www.pickleballvictoria.org/agm. Only one version of the form should be completed.​
